- Veterinarians
- Provide in-home euthanasia and hospice care to geriatric and terminally ill pets.
- Guide families with end-of-life decisions.
- In-home quality of life exams to geriatric pets.
Physical and other job requirements
- Veterinarians must be able to walk, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, stoop, stand, and reach consistently during the workday.
- Veterinarians are required to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted and up to 100 lbs assisted.
- Prolonged periods of sitting while driving.
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Have a well-maintained vehicle. (mid-size SUV, hatchback, crossover) or drive a company vehicle. Negotiable.
- Veterinarians must have manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and the ability to keep their hands steady while using medical tools.
2. Veterinary Technician
- A Veterinary Technician should have experience working in a variety of settings that focus on the care of animals. Experience working as a volunteer in animal shelters is also beneficial. A Veterinary Technician with more experience has handled multiple animal species, understands animal behavior and the handling of animals in all temperaments and can communicate medical information to clients, Veterinarians and coworkers.
3. Receptionist
- Experience working in the veterinary field or office setting.
- Knowledge of or experience with veterinary terminology will help but is not required.
